เงื่อนไข/ข้อตกลงเกี่ยวกับลิขสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานระบบสร้างสื่อภายใต้ Co-Creation Platform
1. ไฟล์อาร์ตเวิร์ค ไฟล์รูปภาพ โลโก้ สัญลักษณ์ ฟ้อนท์ บทความ หรือไฟล์ดิจิทัลต่างๆ ที่อยู่ในระบบ Co-Creation เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ที่ผ่านการคัดกรองและอนุญาตให้นำมาดัดแปลง แก้ไข เพื่อใช้งานสำหรับหน่วยงานภาคีของ สสส. เรียบร้อยแล้ว
2. ผู้ใช้งานระบบแฟลตฟอร์ม Co-Creation จะต้องยอมรับเงื่อนไขในการแบ่งปันไฟล์สู่สาธารณะภายใต้ระบบของ สสส. ในกรณีที่ไฟล์อาร์ตเวิร์คผ่านการตรวจสอบและคัดสรรจากเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลระบบ
3.ผู้ใช้งานระบบแฟลตฟอร์ม Co-Creation ยินยอม อนุญาต ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลระบบทำการ ดัดแปลง แก้ไข ไฟล์อาร์ตเวิร์คที่ผู้ใช้งานระบบจัดทำขึ้น เพื่อให้ไฟล์อาร์ตเวิร์คมีความสมบูรณ์ก่อนนำไปแบ่งปันและใช้งานในระบบสาธารณะของ สสส. ต่อไป
4.ไฟล์อาร์ตเวิร์ค ไฟล์รูปภาพ โลโก้ สัญลักษณ์ ฟ้อนท์ บทความ หรือไฟล์ดิจิทัลใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้ระบบ Co-Creation ผู้ใช้งานระบบจะต้องรับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี ถ้ามีการนำเข้าไฟล์จากภายนอก และมีการละเมิดผลงานอันเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของยี่ห้อทางการค้า หน่วยงาน หรือบุคคลใดๆ ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้ในภายหลัง
5.ผู้จัดทำระบบ Co-Creation เป็นเพียงผู้ให้บริการโปรแกรมเพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือจัดทำอาร์ตเวิร์คสำหรับหน่วยงานภาคีของ สสส. เท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ สสส. และคณะผู้ให้บริการระบบจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ กรณีเกิดการร้องเรียนหรือฟ้องร้องจากการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ในทุกๆ กรณี
